Yep, I managed to make Rukia's zanpakuto.

Cardboard. Really. Apart from the ribbon and the handle wrap. I used this:

It's for a Rukia cosplay I'm trying to put together. I doubt it'd last long at any sort of convention, especially if it rained xD But still, I wanted to try it : D
I think it's a lot shorter than it should have been, but I had cardboard shortages, so it could have been longer. The curve could have been done better too.
I am extremely proud of this sword, but I don't think I'll be making any more for a long time xD
